How quickly can I receive a quotation?

What wooden products do you manufacture?
We manufacture chicken coops, rabbit hutches, catios, dog houses, raised garden beds, planters, outdoor storage products, kids’ outdoor products and other custom wooden products for importers, wholesalers and retailers worldwide.
How many products do you offer?
We offer more than 1,000 product designs and continuously develop new models every year. OEM and custom projects are also welcome.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are available for quality evaluation. In-stock samples can be shipped immediately. Custom or out-of-stock samples are usually ready within 7 days.
Do you offer OEM and private label services?
Yes. We provide OEM, ODM and private label manufacturing services, including custom packaging, branding and mixed container programs.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Most items start from 100 pieces. We also support sample orders, mixed container programs and long-term volume partnerships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and other commonly used international payment methods. Please contact us for specific terms.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer with more than 25 years of experience in wooden pet, garden and kids’ outdoor products. OEM and custom manufacturing are our specialties.
How long is your production lead time?
Sample orders are usually completed within 7 days. For container orders, production normally takes 25–35 days depending on the order quantity and product specifications.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, near Shanghai. We warmly welcome customers to visit our factory. Our partners from The Americas, Europe, Australia and New Zealand visit us regularly.
What certifications do you have?
We use FSC-certified materials and follow export standards required by international markets. Additional certifications and testing requirements can be arranged according to customer needs.
Do you support mixed container orders?
Yes. We support mixed container programs, allowing customers to combine multiple products in one shipment to maximize container utilization and reduce costs.
Can you develop products based on our designs?
Yes. We welcome OEM and ODM projects. Our engineering team can work with your drawings, samples and specifications to develop customized products.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Customers are always welcome to visit our factory in Hangzhou, China. We are near Shanghai and can help arrange transportation and factory tours upon request.
